YOGA + MOVEMENT
The practice of yoga has deep roots and great medicine for our mind/body/heart. WILD HEART offers pre-registered public yoga classes (see SCHEDULE), private group classes, and one-on-one sessions for those looking for personalized practices specific to their needs.
We offer both invigorating and restorative practices, incorporating breathwork, meditation, relaxation, stability and strength.
Private sessions will be tailored to each individual.
